Service Agreement
By engaging with Jip Laarman, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services are provided under the condition that all project requirements and deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. A deposit may be required before project commencement.
Intellectual Property
All designs and concepts created by Jip Laarman remain the intellectual property of Jip Laarman until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive the rights to use the final designs as agreed.
Revisions and Changes
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major changes to the project scope will require a new agreement.
